What counts as stream hours?
Time you are live through IRLStream, from Go Live to Stop. One stream counts once no matter how many platforms it goes to. Your hours reset at the start of each billing month.
Can I change plans?
Yes, anytime from Billing in the app. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated, so you only pay the difference. You can also cancel anytime and keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for.
What happens if I hit my hours?
We warn you in the app when you have used 80% of your hours. A stream that is already live is never cut off. If you run out, upgrade in a couple of clicks to start your next stream right away, or wait for your hours to reset next billing month.
Do I need the IRLStream Box?
No. Every plan works with your phone, OBS or any RTMP/SRT encoder, including bonded SRTLA from apps like IRL Pro. The IRLStream Box is optional hardware that is coming soon.
Is Clipguru included?
Yes. Clipguru, our auto clipper that turns your best moments into captioned 9:16 clips, is included with All Access.
